So we built something new from scratch. We parsed Elementor's JSON into an immutable tree of typed nodes. We created per-widget extraction rules so only text values are extracted β never CSS classes, IDs, or structural properties. We added a nine-step pipeline with automatic rollback so nothing could ever go wrong silently.
What started as an internal agency tool became the most technically rigorous WordPress translation plugin available. In late 2024 we launched publicly, and within three months had 12,000+ installations across 60+ countries.
